About Karnataka State Jewellers Federation

The Karnataka State Jewellers Federation (KJF) is a state level body formed to represent the interests of jewellers of all the 30 districts of Karnataka and work towards the welfare of the entire jewellery fraternity.
Karnataka is one of the largest states in South India with more than 10,000 jewellery retailers and wholesalers spread across 30 districts.

There are district level jewellers associations which have been sorting out issues within their specified districts but it was felt that a unified federation can help resolve issues of the entire state and as a collective force, it will have more power and voice.

Membership

  • The membership is for associations and individual jewellers of Karnataka. The membership fee is Rs 11,000 for life member ship (association and individual). Corporate life membership is Rs. 50,000.

KJF Donates 12 Lakhs to PM Relief Fund

The Karnataka Jewellers Federation (KJF), a trade body visited Delhi and handed over a cheque of Rs 12 lakh towards the Prime Minister National Relief Fund for Nepal earthquake victims to Ananth Kumar, Union Minister of Chemicals and Fertilizers and Sadananda Gowda, Union Minister for Law and Justice at Parliament House, New Delhi. The as soc i at i on members also handed over a memorandum to Mallikarjun Kharge, leader of opposition in Lok Sabha at Karnataka Bhawan.The KJF delegation included Sumesh Wadhera, director and chairperson advisory board and MD, AOJ Media Pvt Ltd; Shrikanth Kari, treasurer; B Ramachary, general secretary N S Rajashekar, joint secretary; O V Diwakar, joint secretary, Raghavendra Mailapur, vice president, KJF, among others.
